About the event
Arrival instructions: Arrive to Sasha Bruce Youth Network building and make your way to the left side of the building. The garden is located up the hill towards the wooden fences.
This event is for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) to support a historically Black community garden. White allies can support us by !donationg for supplies and more
Anyone can find a way to chip in from simply cleaning up debris to helping build new garden beds or a shed. That day we'll be:
Assemble garden beds and remove severely damaged wood boards.
Build a new tool shed to replace the old broken one.
Add soil and fertilizer for new and existing plants.
Support this event and others like it!
We do our best to create meaningful spaces for our community with the resources we have. You can help us make our ends meet this year and prepare for better events next year!
